Cookie Ingredients: natural creamy peanut butter, water, gluten free all purpose flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour). 


Icing Ingredients: Yogurt Powder, Tapioca Starch, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Coconut Milk Powder, Coconut Flour, Milk Solids, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Apple Pectin. 


Coloring: Unsweetened Carob, Red Beet Powder, Tumeric, Blue Carrot.


Qty 12 3 inch Gingerbread Treats (9 boys and 9 girls).
These treats are Gluten-Free and Wheat-Free.
8 month shelf life.
